Returns & Refunds at Future Jewelry

At Future Jewelry, we want you to feel confident when purchasing fine jewelry online. Whether you are ordering a lab grown diamond engagement ring, diamond bracelet, necklace, earrings, wedding band, anniversary ring or another Future Jewelry piece, this page explains our return, refund and exchange process.

Our standard return period is 30 days after you receive your order.

Approved standard returns are eligible for a refund equal to 80% of the original purchase price, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions outlined below.

This page is intended to make our return process easier to understand. Our official Shopify Refund Policy remains the governing policy for eligible purchases.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request an eligible return.

To qualify, your jewelry must meet our return conditions and must not fall within one of the excluded categories described below.

Before sending any jewelry back to Future Jewelry, you must contact us and receive return instructions.

Please do not send jewelry back without first receiving authorization from Future Jewelry.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for an approved standard return, your jewelry must generally be:

• In the same condition in which you received it
• Unworn and unused
• Free from damage
• Accompanied by any original tags
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or other proof of purchase
• Returned according to the instructions provided by Future Jewelry

We may also request photographs of the jewelry before authorizing the return.

This allows us to document the condition of the piece before it is shipped back.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, contact:

Please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for the return
• Clear photographs of the jewelry
• Any other information requested by our support team

Once your request has been reviewed, we will let you know whether the return is eligible.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how and where the jewelry should be sent.

Where applicable, a return shipping label may also be provided.

Items sent to Future Jewelry without first requesting and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

Do not ship jewelry to either address until Future Jewelry has confirmed which return location should be used for your order.

Refund Amount

For an eligible standard return that has been approved after inspection, the customer will receive a refund equal to 80% of the original purchase price.

The remaining portion is not refunded under the standard return policy.

Any applicable treatment of shipping costs, duties, taxes or other charges will depend on the circumstances of the original order and applicable policy terms.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned jewelry, our team will inspect the item.

We will notify you after the inspection and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the eligible refund will normally be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank, credit card company or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund after Future Jewelry issues it.

If more than 30 business days have passed after Future Jewelry approved your refund and you still have not received it, contact:

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Jewelry

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact Future Jewelry promptly if:

• Your jewelry arrives damaged
• The item appears defective
• You receive the wrong jewelry piece
• The specifications do not match your confirmed order
• A component appears missing upon delivery
• There is another significant problem with your order

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.

A defective or incorrect item is handled differently from a standard change-of-mind return.

Custom and Personalized Jewelry

Certain jewelry pieces are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

This includes:

• Custom-made jewelry
• Special orders
• One-of-a-kind jewelry
• Personalized jewelry
• Engraved jewelry
• Custom-cut diamond pieces
• Jewelry with non-standard modifications
• Pieces manufactured according to customer-requested specifications

Because these pieces are created specifically for the customer, they are treated differently from regular inventory.

Custom Jewelry That Does Not Match the Order

Although custom-made jewelry is generally excluded from our standard return policy, Future Jewelry will review situations where the finished piece does not match the specifications agreed upon when the order was placed.

Examples may include discrepancies involving:

• Carat weight
• Diamond size
• Gold purity
• Metal type
• Diamond clarity
• Diamond color
• Ring size
• Agreed design specifications
• Other documented specifications from the original order

If a custom piece does not match the agreed specifications, Future Jewelry will review the order and determine whether correction, modification or another resolution is appropriate.

A request for correction will be evaluated based on the original confirmed order details.

Sale Items

Items designated as sale items are not eligible for standard returns unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Please review the individual product information before completing your purchase.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

For standard eligible merchandise, the simplest way to obtain a different jewelry piece is generally to complete the approved return process for the original item and place a separate order for the replacement item.

This allows the new product, specifications, size and availability to be processed as a separate purchase.

Engagement Ring Returns

Our return policy applies to eligible lab grown diamond engagement rings that meet the standard return conditions.

This may include qualifying:

• 3 carat lab grown diamond rings
• Oval engagement rings
• Radiant cut engagement rings
• Emerald cut diamond rings
• Marquise diamond rings
• Solitaire engagement rings
• Hidden halo engagement rings
• Pavé diamond rings

Custom, engraved, personalized or specially modified engagement rings are subject to the custom jewelry provisions described above.

Diamond Bracelet Returns

Eligible standard lab grown diamond bracelets and tennis bracelets may be returned within the applicable return period when they satisfy all return conditions.

The bracelet must generally remain unworn, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging.

Custom or personalized bracelets may not qualify for standard returns.

Diamond Earring Returns

Eligible standard lab grown diamond earrings, including certain stud, hoop and drop earring designs, may qualify under the return policy when all applicable conditions are satisfied.

Returned earrings must remain in their original condition and packaging.

Diamond Necklace Returns

Eligible standard lab grown diamond necklaces and pendants may qualify for return when they meet the standard eligibility conditions.

Pieces that have been customized, engraved or specially manufactured may be excluded.

Colored Diamond Jewelry Returns

Future Jewelry offers jewelry featuring pink, yellow, blue, green and other colored lab grown diamonds.

Standard colored diamond jewelry may qualify for return when it meets our normal return requirements.

However, custom colored diamond pieces, personalized designs and one-of-a-kind jewelry may be excluded from standard returns.

Certified Diamond Jewelry

If your jewelry was supplied with an IGI, GIA or other applicable diamond grading report, all original documentation supplied with the jewelry should be returned with the piece.

Missing certificates or documentation may affect return eligibility or processing.

Jewelry Condition Upon Return

Fine jewelry should be packaged securely before being returned.

Returned jewelry should not show evidence of:

• Wear
• Modification
• Unauthorized resizing
• Alteration
• Damage
• Scratching beyond the condition in which it was received
• Missing stones
• Missing components
• Third-party repairs

Future Jewelry reserves the right to inspect returned jewelry before approving a refund.

Jewelry Modified by Another Jeweler

Jewelry that has been resized, repaired, modified or otherwise altered by another jeweler may no longer qualify for a standard return.

If you experience a problem with your Future Jewelry piece, we recommend contacting Future Jewelry before allowing another jeweler to modify it.

European Union Orders

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Future Jewelry currently provides a 30-day return period for qualifying eligible orders as described in this policy.

The jewelry must satisfy the applicable return conditions, including being unworn or unused and returned with the required documentation and original packaging where applicable.

Returns vs. Lifetime Warranty

A return is different from a warranty claim.

A return occurs when an eligible customer wishes to send qualifying jewelry back within the applicable return period.

Our Lifetime Warranty relates to certain qualifying issues that may occur with eligible Future Jewelry pieces during ownership, including covered manufacturing or setting-related issues.

If you have owned your jewelry beyond the return period and experience a problem with the piece, your issue may be more appropriately handled through our Lifetime Warranty rather than through a return.

Returns vs. Fully Insured Protection

Our return policy is also separate from Fully Insured Jewelry Protection.

Eligible Future Jewelry orders shipped within the United States may receive insured shipping protection while they are in transit.

Certain jewelry issues occurring after delivery may also qualify under applicable warranty or protection terms.

If your package was damaged or lost during insured shipping, contact Future Jewelry rather than initiating a standard return.
