Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for 80% of your full refund. The item must be in perfect condition. You need to take a picture of the item before returning it. Additionally, we require a signed return document for processing your request.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

-In the same condition that you received it

-Unworn or unused, with tags

-In its original packaging

-Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

-Custom products (special orders, one-of-a-kind, personalized items)

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Custom-made rings, including handcrafted designs, engraved pieces, and non-standard modifications, are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. These items fall under our custom product category and are treated differently from our regular inventory.

 

If a custom ring does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, such as size or material, we will do our best to make necessary adjustments.

 

Custom-made rings, including handcrafted designs, personalized pieces, and non-standard modifications, are not eligible for return or exchange under our standard policy. These items fall under the "exceptions and nonrefundable items" category.

 

However, if the ring does not meet the exact specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase such as carat weight, gold purity, diamond clarity, or color it may be returned for correction. Any request for modification will be reviewed based on whether the delivered piece aligns with the original order details.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
