At Future Jewelry, we create fine jewelry designed to be worn, loved and enjoyed for years to come. Our Lifetime Warranty provides ongoing protection for eligible Future Jewelry pieces against certain manufacturing issues and common problems that may occur during normal wear.

Whether you own a lab grown diamond engagement ring, wedding band, anniversary ring, diamond bracelet, earrings, necklace or another Future Jewelry piece, our goal is to help keep your jewelry looking beautiful and secure throughout its lifetime.

Lifetime Diamond Protection

Diamonds are extremely durable, but the metal holding them in place can experience normal wear over time.

If an eligible diamond becomes loose or falls out of your Future Jewelry piece because of a covered setting or manufacturing issue, we may replace the diamond with a comparable lab grown diamond and restore the setting.

This may include eligible:

• Pavé diamonds
• Side stones
• Halo diamonds
• Accent diamonds
• Small diamonds in wedding bands
• Diamonds in tennis bracelets
• Diamonds in earrings
• Diamonds in necklaces and pendants

Replacement diamonds will be selected to closely match the original stone in size, color, clarity and appearance whenever reasonably possible.

Loose or Missing Accent Diamonds

If an eligible accent diamond becomes loose or falls from its setting because of a covered issue, Future Jewelry can inspect the jewelry and determine whether the diamond and setting qualify for repair or replacement.

Loose Prongs

Prongs naturally experience pressure during everyday wear.

If an eligible prong becomes loose and affects the security of your diamond, we can inspect and repair or tighten the setting when covered under the warranty.

Manufacturing Defects

If your jewelry develops a verified manufacturing defect relating to its construction, setting or workmanship, Future Jewelry will review the piece and determine the appropriate repair.

Setting Problems

Covered issues may include problems with diamond settings, pavé settings, halos or other components caused by a manufacturing or workmanship issue.

Eligible Future Jewelry bracelets and necklaces may receive warranty support for certain manufacturing problems involving clasps, links, connections or settings.

Eligible earrings may receive warranty support for certain issues involving diamond settings, posts, backs or manufacturing defects.

Diamond tennis bracelets contain many individual diamonds and settings, making proper maintenance especially important.

For eligible lab grown diamond tennis bracelets and diamond bracelets, Future Jewelry may provide warranty support for covered problems such as loose accent stones, certain clasp issues, setting defects and other manufacturing-related concerns.

Lifetime Warranty for Wedding and Anniversary Rings

Wedding bands and anniversary rings are designed to be worn regularly.

Future Jewelry's warranty may cover eligible issues involving small diamonds, pavé settings, prongs and manufacturing defects on qualifying diamond wedding bands, anniversary rings and eternity-style rings.

What Is Not Automatically Covered

A lifetime warranty does not mean that every type of damage or loss is repaired or replaced free of charge.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the warranty does not automatically cover:

• Loss or theft of the entire jewelry piece
• Damage caused by accidents or severe impact
• Jewelry that has been crushed or significantly bent
• Damage caused by improper use
• Damage caused by chemicals or improper cleaning
• Normal scratches or surface wear
• Intentional damage
• Unauthorized modifications
• Repairs performed by another jeweler
• Loss caused by failure to repair a visibly damaged setting
• Damage resulting from neglect
• Normal metal wear that requires reconstruction
• Changes in appearance caused by ordinary aging or wear

Additional services may still be available for these situations for a repair charge.

Center Diamonds and Larger Stones

Larger center diamonds require individual inspection.

If a center diamond becomes loose or is lost because of a verified covered defect in the original Future Jewelry setting, contact us immediately.

Eligibility for replacement will depend on the circumstances, condition of the jewelry and the specific warranty applicable to the piece.

This wording is important. I would not promise automatic unlimited replacement of a 3-, 5- or 10-carat center diamond unless you actually intend to absorb that cost every time.

How to Make a Lifetime Warranty Claim

If you notice a problem with your Future Jewelry piece:

1. Stop wearing the jewelry if a diamond or setting appears loose.
2. Contact Future Jewelry.
3. Provide your order number or proof of purchase.
4. Send clear photographs or video of the affected area.
5. We may request that the jewelry be sent to us for inspection.
6. Our team will determine whether the issue qualifies under the Lifetime Warranty.

If approved, we will explain the repair or replacement process before work begins.

Maintaining Your Warranty

To help protect your jewelry and warranty coverage, we recommend having frequently worn fine jewelry inspected periodically.

Customers should also contact Future Jewelry as soon as they notice:

• A loose diamond
• A bent prong
• A loose clasp
• A damaged setting
• Movement in a center stone
• Unusual wear around a diamond

Continuing to wear jewelry after a significant problem becomes visible may cause additional damage.
