From the moment your jewelry leaves us until it reaches you, and throughout your ownership of the piece, Future Jewelry is committed to helping protect your purchase.

Fully Insured Shipping Across the United States

Eligible Future Jewelry orders shipped within the United States are sent with full shipping insurance during transit.

This means your jewelry is protected while it is being transported from Future Jewelry to the delivery address provided with your order.

If an insured shipment is lost or damaged while in transit, Future Jewelry will work with the shipping carrier and insurance provider to resolve the claim according to the applicable shipping and insurance terms.

For qualifying orders, customers will receive shipping and tracking information by email. Insurance or shipping-protection confirmation may also be provided where applicable.

Protection While Your Jewelry Is in Transit

Fine jewelry requires additional care during transportation.

If the issue qualifies, Future Jewelry may replace the missing diamond with a comparable lab grown diamond and restore the setting without charging for the covered repair.

Prong and Setting Protection

This protection may apply to many of our lab grown diamond engagement rings, 3 carat diamond rings, wedding bands, anniversary rings and colored diamond jewelry designs.

Covered Repairs

When an eligible issue is approved under the applicable Future Jewelry protection or warranty, the covered repair may be completed without an additional repair charge.

Depending on the issue, this may include:

• Replacing a qualifying missing accent diamond
• Tightening a loose diamond
• Repairing a qualifying prong
• Securing a setting
• Repairing certain clasps
• Correcting a covered manufacturing defect

What Is Not Automatically Covered

Fully insured jewelry protection does not mean every type of damage, loss or repair is automatically covered.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, protection does not automatically include:

• Loss of the entire jewelry piece after delivery
• Theft after delivery
• Intentional damage
• Severe accidental damage
• Jewelry that has been crushed or heavily bent
• Damage caused by improper use
• Damage caused by chemicals
• Unauthorized alterations
• Repairs performed by another jeweler
• Normal scratches
• Cosmetic wear
• Neglect
• Failure to repair a visibly damaged setting
• Damage caused by improper cleaning
• Loss of a large center diamond unless separately approved under applicable warranty terms

Additional repair options may still be available for issues that fall outside the covered protection.

Center Diamonds

Large center diamonds are handled separately from smaller accent stones.

If a center diamond becomes loose or is lost because of a verified covered issue involving the original Future Jewelry setting, contact us immediately.

Coverage will depend on the circumstances, condition of the jewelry and the applicable warranty or protection terms.

I strongly recommend keeping this language rather than promising automatic free replacement of every large center diamond.

How to Request Protection or Repair

If something happens to your Future Jewelry piece:

1. Stop wearing the jewelry if a stone or setting appears loose.
2. Contact Future Jewelry.
3. Provide your order number or proof of purchase.
4. Send clear photos or video of the affected area.
5. We may ask you to return the jewelry for inspection.
6. Our team will review the piece and determine whether the issue qualifies for covered repair.

If approved, Future Jewelry will explain the repair process before work begins.
